Ms. Cheryl has practised paediatric speech-language therapy since 2008 and founded the practice in 2010, growing it from a single clinic for speech and language difficulties into a multidisciplinary centre caring for children across Malaysia. Her work is guided by a belief in holistic, whole-child treatment and a neuro-affirming approach—one that respects each child's unique way of thinking, communicating, and experiencing the world, supporting them to thrive as they are rather than fit a single mould.
