Early Intervention Program
The program is designed to support children with developmental delays or disabilities, as well as their families, in order to help them reach their full potential. The program will be based on best practices in early intervention and will include a range of services, such as screenings and assessments, individualized family service plans, and therapy services.

Screenings and assessments
These screenings and assessments will be conducted by trained professionals, such as speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and developmental therapists.
The program will provide regular screenings and assessments to identify children who may have developmental delays or disabilities
The results of the screenings and assessments will be used to determine the types of services that a child may need, as well as to track the child’s progress over time.

- Develop individualized family service plans (IFSPs) for each child who is eligible for services.
- The IFSPs will be developed by a team of professionals who will work closely with the child’s family to identify the child’s strengths, needs, and goals.
- The IFSPs will include specific services and supports that are tailored to the child’s individual needs, such as therapy services, home visits, or other supports.
- The IFSPs will be reviewed and updated regularly to ensure that the child’s needs are being met.

Therapy services
The program will provide a range of therapy services to children who are eligible for services. These services may include speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, or other types of therapy.
The therapy services will be provided by trained professionals who are experienced in working with children with developmental delays or disabilities. The therapy services will be designed to help children improve their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical abilities, and will be tailored to each child’s individual needs and goals
